Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
